JOB Description ;

Installation, testing, and maintenance of fire & gas detection systems
•⁠ ⁠Calibration of portable and fixed gas detectors (toxic & hydrocarbon) using certified calibration
gases
•⁠ ⁠Bump testing and functional testing of gas detection instruments
•⁠ ⁠Execution of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for various industrial clients • Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of fire & gas systems in hazardous areas
•⁠ ⁠Preventive and corrective maintenance of gas monitoring systems
•⁠ ⁠Calibration and maintenance of multi-gas detectors (Honeywell, Dräger, Crowcon, etc.)
•⁠ ⁠Preparation of calibration reports, service logs, and documentation as per client and safety
standards
•⁠ ⁠Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and international
standards
•⁠ ⁠Loop checking and verification of field instruments with control systems
•⁠ ⁠Coordination with site engineers and clients for shutdown and maintenance activities
•⁠ ⁠Inspection and testing of detectors such as flame, heat, smoke, and gas sensors
•⁠ ⁠Panel checking, wiring verification, and continuity testing
•⁠ ⁠Support during system commissioning and integration with PLC/SCADA systems
•⁠ ⁠Identification and replacement of faulty sensors and transmitters
•⁠ ⁠Maintaining calibration equipment and ensuring traceability of instruments
