We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our Indian restaurant operations and drive business growth across our locations in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

* Increase restaurant sales and profitability
* Manage daily operations across all branches
* Lead, train, and motivate restaurant teams
* Control labor costs and improve staff productivity
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
* Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency
* Solve operational challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

* Proven experience in restaurant operations management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience managing multiple branches is an advantage
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Strong understanding of restaurant systems, labor control, and sales growth
* Results-driven with a high level of accountability
