Commercial Manager - Construction, Equipment Rental & MEP

Location: Jubail Industrial City, Eastern Province, KSA

Industry: Civil Construction Heavy Equipment Rental Electrical & Security Systems

ABOUT US:

We are a growing company based in Jubail with interests in civil construction, heavy equipment rental and electrical/security systems contracting. We serve clients across Aramco, SABIC, and private sector projects.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Manager who can both bring in new business AND ensure projects are executed properly on ground.

This is a key role for someone who understands contractors, has client relationships, and can manage projects from bid to handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new project s/tenders in civil works, equipment rental, electrical & CCTV/access control systems

Client Management: Build & maintain relationships with main contractors, Aramco/SABIC vendors, consultants, and direct clients in Jubail/RCJY

Tenders & Quotations: Prepare technical + commercial proposals, BOQs, pricing for rental/works/services

Project Execution: Oversee site mobilization, resource planning, subcontractor coordination, quality & timelines for awarded projects

Contracts: Review contract terms, variations, claims, and ensure timely billing / collections

Market Intelligence: Track upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia preferably in Eastern Province.

REQUIREMENTS:

15+ years exp in KSA contracting with proven track record in Business Development + project execution

Background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent. MEP/Security systems exposure preferred

Existing network with Aramco/SABIC contractors, 3rd party vendors in Jubail is a strong plus

Strong negotiation, costing, and technical proposal skills

Valid KSA driving license + willingness for site visits

Must be transferable Iqama / GOSI transferable
