Job Title: Presales Engineer (Female)

Main Objective:

Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle by understanding customer requirements, designing solutions, delivering demos and POCs, supporting RFP/RFI responses, and ensuring a smooth handover to project delivery teams after deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze customer requirements.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Build and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals.
• Prepare solution architecture and API documentation.
• Validate feasibility with Engineering, Operations, and Security teams.
• Coordinate with onboarding and support teams.
• Provide complete technical handover to PMO/Delivery teams.
• Support sales enablement and product training.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–5 years in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
• Experience delivering demos and POCs.
• Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Background:
• Messaging, SMS, WhatsApp Business, CPaaS, Telecom APIs.
• SaaS and enterprise integration environments.
• Banking, government, or regulated industries.
• Cloud platforms, hosting, and security compliance.
