One of the leading construction company is looking for Manager Performance & Analytics with minimum 7 to 10 years of experience

candidate must have transferable iqama and can join immediately

1. Lead Enterprise Performance Management
Develop and manage the SCCS enterprise performance framework by defining corporate, operational, productivity, and Pulse & Wave KPIs while monitoring performance across projects, segments, Cells, activities, equipment categories, and workforce groups to ensure standardized enterprise performance governance and measurable execution control.

2. Lead SCCS Analytics & Productivity Intelligence
Develop advanced analytics models by analyzing Cell productivity, activity performance, equipment utilization, crew efficiency, cost trends, and operational data to identify bottlenecks, productivity losses, resource inefficiencies, and underperforming execution areas, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational optimization.

3. Govern Pulse & Wave Performance Reporting
Manage the enterprise Pulse & Wave reporting framework by ensuring timely issuance of Half-Pulse Actionable Reports, accurate Full Pulse Performance Reports, and continuous monitoring of Wave stability, Cell opening and closure performance, and resource leveling to maintain operational predictability and execution discipline.

4. Lead Actionable Reporting & Executive Dashboards
Own enterprise SCCS reporting standards by developing actionable reports, executive KPI scorecards, operational heatmaps, productivity intelligence dashboards, trend analysis reports, and performance evaluations to provide real-time operational visibility and support informed executive decision-making.

5. Govern Data Integration & Reporting Standards
Ensure alignment and integration between TekWin, Oracle, Primavera P6, BIM systems, ERP platforms, and equipment telematics by defining KPI calculation logic, reporting standards, data governance procedures, and validation controls to maintain reporting consistency, traceability, and data accuracy across enterprise systems.

6. Support Productivity Engineering & Benchmarking
Enhance productivity engineering by developing standard productivity libraries, monitoring actual versus standard productivity trends, conducting benchmarking analysis, and supporting activity-level and resource-level performance optimization to improve execution efficiency and operational performance reliability.
7. Lead Performance Review & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Construction Management, Project Controls, Planning, Equipment, SCM, Finance, and Digital teams by conducting operational performance reviews, KPI workshops, executive reporting sessions, and cross-functional analytics coordination to strengthen enterprise performance alignment and accountability.

8. Drive Continuous Improvement & Operational Optimization
Identify recurring operational issues, system inefficiencies, reporting gaps, and performance risks by analyzing enterprise trends and recommending process improvements, KPI refinements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements to strengthen continuous improvement and organizational learning capabilities.

9. Ensure Reporting Accuracy & Data Integrity
Maintain enterprise reporting quality by enforcing data validation procedures, dashboard governance, reporting discipline, and performance verification controls to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely operational intelligence across all SCCS reporting systems.

10. Manage Interfaces & Organizational Boundaries
Coordinate with SCCS, Planning, QA, Engineering, Project Controls, Equipment, Finance, SCM, and IT teams to ensure integrated performance reporting, aligned KPI governance, and enterprise-wide operational visibility supporting SCCS execution objectives.
