✅ Strong Experience in Asphalt Works, Earthworks, and Road Construction Projects
✅ Knowledge of Material Testing, Quality Control, and QA/QC Procedures
✅ Familiarity with Saudi Specifications, International Standards, and Project Requirements
✅ Proficiency in Relevant Engineering and Reporting Software
