⭐Job Overview
​We are seeking 20 skilled and experienced GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) Technicians to join our team for large-scale architectural and decorative façade projects. The ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in manufacturing, installing, and finishing high-quality GRC panels and decorative elements.

⭐​Key Responsibilities
🟢​Installation: Fix, align, and install GRC panels, decorative claddings, cornices, and architectural elements on building façades according to engineering drawings.
​🟢Molding & Casting: Prepare molds, apply release agents, and handle the spraying/casting of glassfibre reinforced concrete mixes.
🟢​Finishing & Repairing: Patch, touch up, grout, and repair any surface defects, chips, or joints to ensure a flawless final appearance.
​🟢Rigging & Lifting: Safely handle, lift, and position heavy GRC elements using site cranes, scaffolding, and rigging equipment.
🟢​Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to site safety protocols, including working at heights and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

​⭐Requirements & Qualifications
🟢​Experience: Minimum of 6 months of proven experience specifically in GRC manufacturing or façade installation.
​🟢Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret basic structural/architectural drawings. Expertise in using GRC spray guns, hand tools, and finishing equipment.
​🟢Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights (on scaffolding or cradles).
​🟢Language: Basic English or Arabic communication skills are highly preferred.
​🟢Documents: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
