Follow up on logistics support reservations (flights, hotels, events) and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Supervise service providers (cleaning, agriculture, catering) and monitor schedules to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
Implement supply chain requirements and oversee housekeeping and warehouse staff while preparing regular status reports on workers’ accommodation.
