Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities and drive business growth within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure new business.
• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (both speaking and writing).
