We are seeking an experienced Technical Fit-Out & Finishing Supervisor (Civil) to join our growing team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor fit-out and finishing works on site.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Prepare daily progress reports and manpower allocations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and finishing projects.
Strong knowledge of gypsum works, painting, flooring, ceilings, joinery, and interior finishing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
Immediate joining will be an advantage.
