Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for recruitment services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organization
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the recruitment industry.
Analyze client needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
Sales and Proposal Development: Generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful placements.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to enhance recruitment strategies.
Achievement of Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

Eligibility Criteria:
Must hold Four Wheeler Driving License in any country
Age Criteria: 25-30
Professional Experience: 2-3 years
Languages:
English Mandatory. Arabic knoledge is added advantage Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
