Position: Construction Supervisor

Qualification:

Matric / FA / FSc / Diploma / Engineering Degree
3–5+ years of verified field experience in a supervisory or Head Foreman role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Construction Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will supervise on-site personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain project schedules.

Core Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise daily construction site operations.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of construction crews.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and site activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Manage the delivery and proper utilization of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Report project progress and address site-related issues promptly.
Maintain a productive and organized work environment.

Salary Package:

Basic Salary: SAR 3,000 – 3,500 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day as per Saudi Labor Law
