Are you a seasoned Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures? Join our team to drive enterprise-wide transformation, innovation, and alignment between business strategy and technology platforms.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategy, vision, and roadmaps across business, data, application, and technology domains
✅ Develop reference architectures, principles, and standards aligned with business goals and regulatory expectations
✅ Analyse business capabilities and define target architectures for modernization and digital transformation
✅ Lead architecture governance, review boards, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
✅ Provide hands-on guidance to solution architects and development teams on scalable, secure, and cloud-native designs (microservices, APIs)
✅ Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, Open Banking, Blockchain)
✅ Define reusable architecture patterns for payments, core banking, and customer platforms
✅ Lead domain architecture across business processes, data, applications, and infrastructure (hybrid/multi-cloud)
✅ Ensure non-functional requirements like security, scalability, performance, and compliance are embedded
✅ Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategy into execution roadmaps
✅ Support large transformation programs (core modernization, cloud migration, digital banking)
✅ Mentor architects and drive continuous improvement in architecture practices and maturity

🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
✔️ Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
✔️ Experience in banking/fintech architecture (core banking, payments, Remittance, digital platforms)
✔️ Deep knowledge of cloud, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
✔️ Strong understanding of data architecture, security, and regulatory compliance
✔️ Experience leading architecture governance and large-scale transformation programs
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
✔️ Excellent communication and strategic thinking ability
