Description

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled transport refrigeration technician to install, maintain, and repair refrigeration units on our fleet trucks. Your main goal will be to ensure all mobile cooling systems run efficiently to protect cargo temperature and prevent spoilage during transit.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on truck refrigeration units (e.g., Thermo King, Carrier).

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and diesel engine faults in the units.

Repair or replace compressors, condensers, evaporators, belts, and temperature sensors.

Recover, charge, and manage refrigerants while ensuring leak-free operations.

Conduct pull-down tests to verify temperature stability before fleet dispatch.

Complete accurate maintenance logs and reports for each vehicle.
