Job Vacancy: IT Engineer (Cisco Certified)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Engineer (Cisco Certified) to join our growing team.

Requirements
* Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP preferred)
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Networking
* Strong knowledge of:
* Routing and Switching
* VLAN Configuration
* Firewalls and Network Security
* Wireless Networks (Wi-Fi)
Experience in:
* Server Administration
* Network Troubleshooting
* System Support and Maintenance
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities
* Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems
* Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco networking devices
* Support servers, security systems, and enterprise IT solutions
* Ensure network availability, performance, reliability, and security
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Implement and maintain security policies, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
* Provide technical support to users and coordinate with vendors when required
* Prepare technical documentation and network reports

Preferred Skills
* Experience with Cisco Switches, Routers, and Firewalls
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Virtualization
* Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, and IP Telephony systems is an advantage
