Description

Fleet Supervisor Responsibilities:

1- Lead and motivate a team of drivers and maintenance staff, promoting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
2- Manage daily fleet operations: dispatching, scheduling, and resource allocation.
3- Oversee preventative maintenance to maximize vehicle uptime and lifespan.
4- Optimize routes using modern tools to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
5- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company safety policies.
6- Track fleet budgets, expenditures, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
7- Implement fleet tracking and management technologies to boost operational efficiency.


Fleet Supervisor Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Fleet Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance, Route Optimization, and Driver Management.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Salary: 3,500 – 4,500 ( 10 hrs) Full time + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical Insurance



Camp Boss Responsibilities:

1- Supervise daily compound operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
2- Oversee facility upkeep: villas, streets, common areas, and recreational facilities.
3- Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and ensure proper handovers.
4- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for renovations and repairs.
5- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inspection checklists.
6- Handle operational reports and escalate issues to management.
7- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and compound regulations.


Camp Boss Requirements:

- 5+ Years of Experience
- Proven experience in residential compounds or facility operations (mandatory – candidates without this experience will not be considered).
- Strong knowledge in maintenance supervision, facility management, and operations coordination.
- Fluent in English (reading and writing). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - - Ability to manage teams, tenants, and contractors effectively.
