Job Summary

The Insulation Division Supervisor is responsible for supervising and executing insulation activities for Saudi Aramco oil & gas projects. The candidate shall ensure all insulation works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise insulation activities for piping, vessels, tanks, ducts, and equipment.
Ensure all works comply with Saudi Aramco standards, approved IFC drawings, and project specifications.
Coordinate daily site activities and manage insulation manpower effectively.
Monitor installation of hot insulation, cold insulation, acoustic insulation, and cladding works.
Ensure proper use and installation of insulation materials including mineral wool, calcium silicate, PIR, and aluminum/stainless-steel cladding.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, planning, and client representatives.
Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and work completion records.
Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays and rework.
Ensure work completion within project schedule and quality requirements.
Support testing, inspection, punch list clearance, and project handover activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Technical qualification in Mechanical or Industrial field preferred.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in insulation works in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects.
Minimum 3–5 years Saudi Aramco project experience mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco construction and safety standards.
Experience in refinery, offshore, pipeline, or plant projects.
Ability to read isometric drawings and insulation layouts.
Good leadership and manpower handling capability.
Familiar with PTW system, risk assessment, and safety procedures.
Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Saudi Aramco approved Supervisor certification preferred.
CBT / SAP No. holder is an advantage.
Experience in shutdown and turnaround projects preferred.
