Requirements:
* Proven experience in procurement activities for ARAMCO projects
* Strong knowledge of RFQs, bid evaluation, vendor sourcing, and procurement workflows
* Experience handling Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation packages
* Familiarity with approved vendors and compliance requirements
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

General Requirements:
* Experience in EPC / Industrial / Oil & Gas sectors is highly preferred
* Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
* Strong reporting and communication skills
* Saudi market experience is an advantage
