Job Title BIM Mechanical Engineer
Industry Constuction
Location Red Sea, Umluj
Qualifications "Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and workflows
Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
Familiarity with mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, firefighting, plumbing)
Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and LOD requirements
Knowledge of international standards and project specifications"
Experience Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction projects
Key Responsibilities "Develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical systems
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for clash detection and resolution
Prepare and review shop drawings and detailed BIM models
Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and LOD requirements
Participate in coordination meetings and technical discussions
Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models
Support site team with as-built models and revisions
Maintain BIM data integrity and version control"
Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2026
