Job Description:

We are launching a new donut and confectionery business in Jubail and are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, inventory management, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in:

Bakery / Café / Restaurant / Food & Beverage operations
Staff supervision and shift management
Inventory control and supplier coordination
Cash handling and POS management
Customer service and branch operations
Business development and generating B2B sales

We are specifically looking for someone with strong local market knowledge and business contacts who can help grow sales through:

Coffee shops
Schools
Offices and corporate clients
Catering and bulk orders

Responsibilities:
Manage daily shop operations independently
Supervise chef, helper, and counter staff
Monitor production quality and hygiene standards
Handle supplier orders and stock replenishment
Manage cash closing, sales reporting, and daily branch reporting
Build relationships with local businesses for recurring bulk orders
Ensure smooth opening and closing operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years experience in F&B / bakery / café operations
Experience managing teams and daily store operations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Arabic and/or English preferred
Existing network in Jubail food business market is a strong advantage
Compensation:
Fixed salary: SAR 3000 / + performance incentives based on B2B sales target every month.
