Wholesale Chocolate & FMCG Trading
Preferred Candidates
Indian Kerala candidates preferred.

Experience Required
2–5 years experience in wholesale chocolate, confectionery, or FMCG sector.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Handle daily billing and invoicing operations accurately.

Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes,
quotations, and customer statements.

Coordinate with sales team and warehouse for order processing.

Maintain proper stock and item code records in billing system.

Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and promotional offers during billing.

Follow up customer payments and outstanding balances.

Support salesmen with product information and order updates.

Maintain customer database and sales reports.

Verify returned, damaged, and expired items documentation.

Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers.

Ensure smooth dispatch and delivery coordination.

Achieve sales support targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of chocolate and confectionery products.

Experience in wholesale trading or FMCG billing.

Knowledge of ERP/POS billing software and Microsoft Excel.

Good communication skills in Arabic and Hindi/Malayalam.

Arabic speaking is an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Strong accuracy and attention to billing details.

Qualifications

Minimum Higher Secondary / Degree qualification preferred.

Valid transferable Iqama preferred.

Experience in Saudi Arabia FMCG sector is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

Must have knowledge of expiry handling, batch control, and wholesale distribution process.

Must be active, responsible, and customer friendly.

Immediate joining preferred.
