تعلن مؤسسة مقاولات عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مدني للعمل في مشاريع إنشائية بمدينة الدمام والخبر.

المتطلبات:

* بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.
* خبرة في الأعمال الإنشائية وإدارة المواقع.
* خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع الفلل والمباني السكنية.
* القدرة على متابعة المقاولين والعمال والإشراف على جودة التنفيذ.
* معرفة بالمخططات والجدول الزمني وأعمال الخرسانة والتشطيبات.
* مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإدارة العمل الميداني.

المهام الوظيفية:

* الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال بالموقع.
* متابعة تقدم المشروع وضمان جودة التنفيذ.
* التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين والاستشاريين.
* إعداد التقارير ومتابعة الأعمال اليومية.

A contracting company is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its construction projects in Dammam and Khobar.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Experience in construction works and site management.
* Experience in residential villas and building projects.
* Ability to supervise contractors, labor, and site activities.
* Good understanding of drawings, scheduling, concrete works, and finishing works.
* Strong communication and field management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise construction activities on site.
* Monitor project progress and ensure quality execution.
* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
* Prepare reports and follow up on daily site activities.
