Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Safety Engineer to join our team on a major project in Saudi Arabia. This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals in alignment with national workforce development initiatives.

Role Overview
The Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with project HSE standards, implementing safety procedures, and promoting a strong safety culture across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations

Develop and implement HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements

Monitor compliance with local and international safety standards

Lead toolbox talks, safety training, and incident investigations

Prepare detailed safety reports and documentation

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Safety

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles (construction, industrial, or oil & gas preferred)

Strong knowledge of OSHA, NEBOSH, and local regulatory requirements

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Saudi National (mandatory)

سيكون مهندس السلامة مسؤولًا عن ضمان الالتزام الكامل بمعايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية (HSE) الخاصة بالمشروع، وتطبيق إجراءات السلامة، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة في جميع الأنشطة الميدانية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إجراء جولات تفتيش يومية في الموقع وتطبيق لوائح السلامة

إعداد وتنفيذ خطط HSE وتقييمات المخاطر وطرق العمل

متابعة الالتزام بالمعايير المحلية والدولية للسلامة

قيادة اجتماعات السلامة اليومية (Toolbox Talks) وتقديم تدريبات السلامة والتحقيق في الحوادث

إعداد تقارير السلامة التفصيلية والوثائق ذات الصلة

المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو السلامة المهنية

خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في مجال HSE (ويفضل في مشاريع الإنشاءات أو الصناعة أو النفط والغاز)

معرفة قوية بمعايير OSHA و NEBOSH والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير
