Job Vacancy – Electrical QC

Company: Plant Solutions Construction Co. Ltd
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a Electrical QC for local transfer.

Requirements:


Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

Currently in Saudi Arabia (local transfer only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and quality control activities for all electrical works at site in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, client standards, and applicable international codes.
• Conduct inspections for:
o Cable tray installation
o Cable laying and dressing
o Glanding and termination
o Earthing and grounding systems
o Lighting installation
o JB installation
o Panel installation
o Conduit and trench works
• Verify materials received at site as per approved Material Approval Request (MAR) and project specifications.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs) to clients and coordinate inspections with client QC representatives.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out as per approved method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures.
• Maintain quality records, test reports, calibration certificates, inspection reports, and handover documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor and site activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Conduct continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, grounding resistance tests, and witness functional testing activities.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client teams for resolving quality-related issues and NCR closeouts.
• Raise NCRs for non-conforming activities and follow up for corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure implementation of Saudi Aramco / SABIC / Ma’aden / client quality standards where applicable.
• Participate in internal audits, client audits, and project quality meetings.
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electrical QC inspection in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Construction projects.
• Knowledge of international standards and project quality documentation.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia industrial projects preferred.

Preferred Skills:
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with testing instruments and inspection procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with client inspectors and project teams.
