WE ARE HIRING – CIVIL ENGINEERS (Dammam)

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Construction / EPC projects team.

Location: Dammam
Industry: Construction / EPC Projects

1) Technical (Civil) Engineer – Office Based

Key Responsibilities:

-Review drawings, BOQ, and specifications
-Prepare technical submittals & method statements
-Coordinate with site, consultants, and subcontractors
-Support project planning and documentation
-Quantity take-off and reporting

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-2–5 years experience in construction/EPC projects
-Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office
-Strong technical documentation skills

2) Site Civil Engineer – Site Based

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise daily site execution as per drawings
-Coordinate with project team & subcontractors
-Monitor progress and ensure quality standards
-Prepare daily/weekly site reports
-Resolve site technical issues

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-2–5 years site execution experience
-Ability to read drawings and manage site activities
-Strong coordination and supervision skills

Offer Details (Both Positions):

-Starting Salary: SAR 3,000 (Full Package)
-Probation Period: 3 Months
-After Probation: Salary increment based on performance evaluation
-Valid Iqama required
-Iqama transfer after probation
-Candidate must be available in Dammam for face-to-face interview
