ole Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Inventory & Operations Fulfilment Associate to support daily e-commerce and warehouse operations. The role involves managing orders, maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of products to customers. This position plays an important role in ensuring efficient operations and a good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders from start to delivery
Ensure orders are packed and dispatched accurately and on time
Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and stock replenishment
Handle end-to-end packaging and dispatch for e-commerce orders
Monitor stock levels and update inventory records regularly
Conduct stock checks and support inventory reconciliation activities
Track shipments and follow up on delivery issues when required
Support returns, exchanges, and restocking processes
Maintain accurate order and customer details in CRM/D2C systems
Prepare basic reports related to inventory and order fulfilment
Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer support teams for smooth workflow
Identify operational issues and suggest simple process improvements


Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory, warehouse, or fulfilment roles
Basic understanding of inventory management and order processing
Familiarity with e-commerce or D2C platforms is an advantage
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
