Key Responsibilities:

ï‚·Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals for Oil & Gas projects.
ï‚·Review RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
ï‚·Conduct quantity take-offs for civil, mechanical, piping, and maintenance works.
ï‚·Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing.
ï‚·Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontracting costs.
ï‚·Prepare project budgets, cost comparisons, and pricing summaries.
ï‚·Support bidding, tender submission, and contract documentation activities.
ï‚·Monitor project costs and assist in cost control during project execution.
ï‚·Coordinate with project, procurement, and planning teams for accurate estimation.
ï‚·Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and client standards where applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial or related field).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in estimation and costing within the Oil & Gas industry.
ï‚·Experience in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
ï‚·Strong knowledge of industrial construction, piping, civil, and maintenance works.
ï‚·Proficient in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
ï‚·Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
ï‚·Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

ï‚·Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.
ï‚·Experience in EPC, shutdown, maintenance, or industrial projects.
ï‚·Strong commercial and technical understanding.
