Description

The Fleet Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overhauling company trucks to ensure safe, reliable daily operations. The role requires strong technical skills, especially in engine deconstruction and rebuilding for major commercial truck brands by the Company.

Key Responsibilities
• Engine Overhaul — Deconstruct, diagnose, repair, and rebuild diesel engines for Iveco, Isuzu and similar medium/heavy duty trucks.
• Preventive Maintenance — Perform routine servicing, inspections, and scheduled maintenance on fleet vehicles.
• Mechanical Diagnostics — Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Parts Replacement — Replace worn or damaged components such as brakes, suspension parts, belts, hoses, and filters.
• Workshop Safety — Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diesel Engine Expertise — Proven ability to dismantle and rebuild engines for Iveco, Isuzu, and similar trucks.
• Technical Knowledge — Strong understanding of truck mechanical systems (engine, transmission, cooling, electrical).
• Language Skills — Able to speak decent English and basic Arabic for communication with supervisors and team members.
• Experience — Previous work as a fleet mechanic or diesel technician in a workshop environment.
• Problem Solving — Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
• GCC Truck Experience — Familiarity with truck models commonly used in Saudi Arabia.
• Driving License — Valid KSA light or heavy vehicle license.
