Description

Khawas Al Halool Company is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / QS

Requirements:
1-Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
2-Minimum 3–7 years of QS experience in construction/contracting projects
3-Strong experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and site measurement
4-Ability to read civil, architectural and MEP drawings
5-Experience in interim payments, subcontractor billing, variations and claims
6-Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD

Responsibilities:
1Prepare quantity take-off from drawings and project documents
2-Prepare and review BOQ — Bill of Quantities
3-Review civil, architectural and MEP drawings for quantity checking
4-Conduct site measurements and prepare measurement sheets
5-Assist in preparing claims and cost impact reports
6-Monitor project quantities, costs and budget
7-Prepare monthly cost reports and quantity reports
8-Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and subcontractors
9-Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, invoices and approved quantities
10-Support procurement team with quantity details for material orders
