Description

A well-established and growing company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Uptime Manager to lead and transform our maintenance and workshop operations for the heavy equipment rental division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing fleet availability, improving maintenance efficiency, driving workshop transformation, implementing KPI-based systems, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and transform maintenance and workshop operations into a KPI-driven and uptime-focused function
Ensure maximum equipment availability through preventive and corrective maintenance planning
Oversee workshop operations and fleet maintenance across multiple locations
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and reduce equipment downtime
Drive HSE compliance, workshop efficiency, and maintenance best practices
Implement ERP workshop systems for maintenance, inventory, logistics, and asset management
Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts utilization, and workshop performance
Build and manage technical teams, training programs, and competency development initiatives
Develop maintenance KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
10–15 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance/workshop management within rental, construction, mining, or heavy equipment industry in KSA
Strong experience in heavy equipment fleet management and maintenance operations
Proven experience in ERP implementation, workshop transformation, and preventive maintenance systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding of HSE standards and operational efficiency
