Hiring Now Tendering Engineer – MEP

We are looking for an experienced Tendering Engineer to join our MEP contracting team.

🔹 Position: Tendering Engineer – MEP
🔹 Industry: Construction / MEP Contracting
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Seniority Level: Mid-Level / Senior Level

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
* Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
* Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEP systems
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals
* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
* Prepare cost estimates for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, Electrical, and ELV systems
* Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance documents
* Participate in tender negotiations and project handovers

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
* 3–7 years of experience in MEP tendering/estimation
* Previous experience in MEP contracting companies preferred
* Strong knowledge of Saudi market pricing and suppliers
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software
* Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies

🔹 Preferred Skills:
* Ability to read IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs
* Familiarity with NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE, SBC standards
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
