Job Title: Marketing Executive – Paid Media & Influencer Partnerships

Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Snapchat, Instagram, and Google Ads, while building and managing relationships with influencers and content creators.
This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, creative execution, and partnership development to drive measurable growth and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Snapchat, Instagram, and Google Ads
Identify, recruit, and manage influencers aligned with brand objectives
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and long-term partnerships with creators
Develop influencer campaign strategies focused on awareness, engagement, and conversion
Repurpose influencer-generated content for paid advertising campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives
Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging creator opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience managing campaigns on Snapchat, Instagram, and Google Ads
Experience working with influencers or creator partnerships
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tracking tools (Google Analytics, pixels, UTM tracking)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Knowledge of the Saudi/GCC market is a plus
