Description

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Design Manager for a prestigious high-rise building project in Medina.

Engagement Type: Freelance (No transfer)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and coordination for high-rise projects
Manage design teams and external consultants
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and project standards
Review and approve design drawings, concepts, and technical submissions
Coordinate closely with construction and project management teams

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design
Proven experience in at least 2 high-rise projects (G+20 floors or above)
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in 5-star hotel projects is a strong advantage
Available for immediate joining
