Reports To: Site Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor

Job Purpose:
To perform welding, fabrication, and repair works related to MEP installations, piping systems, and structural supports in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding works using approved methods such as Arc, MIG, or TIG welding.
• Fabricate pipe supports, brackets, and metal assemblies.
• Carry out welding for piping systems, including support structures.
• Read welding drawings and follow approved welding procedures.
• Inspect weld quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Repair defective welds and carry out modifications as required.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures during hot work activities.
• Use proper PPE and comply with company HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams.

Qualifications
• Technical Certificate / Diploma in Welding or related trade.
• Welding certification preferred.
• Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) under the appropriate technician / technical profession category, where applicable.

Experience
• 2–5 years of welding or fabrication experience.

Skills Required
• Knowledge of welding techniques and tools.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Understanding of welding safety practices.
• Good workmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in teams.
