Job Title:Production Manager – Meat Processing (Value-Added Products)

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager with strong experience in meat processing and value-added products. This role is responsible for managing daily production operations while driving innovation and efficiency in products such as marinated meats, ready-to-cook items, sausages, burgers, and other processed lines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee end-to-end production operations in the meat processing facility
* Develop and manage production of value-added products (marinated, seasoned, ready-to-cook, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and hygiene protocols
* Optimize production processes to improve yield, quality, and cost efficiency
* Coordinate with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams
* Lead, train, and supervise production staff
* Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of raw and finished products

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Meat Technology, or related field
* 4–6 years of experience in meat processing, with proven experience in value-added product lines
* Strong understanding of product development, seasoning systems, and processing techniques
* Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality standards
* Leadership and team management skills
* Ability to manage production targets and work in a fast-paced environment
