Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for elevator, escalator, and vertical transportation systems. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, conducting market research to identify potential customers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the engineering and technical teams to provide tailored solutions. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the elevator, escalator, and vertical mobility market.
Conduct detailed market research to analyze project trends, competitors, and potential clients within construction, contracting, and real-estate sectors.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, site surveys, networking, cold calling, exhibitions, and industry events.
Meet with consultants, contractors, developers, and building owners to present solutions and build long-term business relationships.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, quotations, and presentations with high accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate closely with engineering, estimation, and project teams to develop customized technical solutions based on client requirements.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions to achieve profitable sales closures while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to track inquiries, proposals, and project progress from initial contact to final contract signing.
Manage the full sales cycle independently, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
Monitor market conditions and actively contribute to sales strategies, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
Ensure consistent customer engagement, visit schedules, and after-sales coordination to strengthen company reputation.
Utilize CRM tools, sales dashboards, and reporting systems to track and optimize sales performance.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, project discussions, and business development activities.

Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or technical sales, preferably in elevators, construction materials, MEP, machinery, or engineering-based products.
Ability to understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and product configurations (training will be provided if needed).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to deal with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Capable of working independently under pressure, meeting monthly targets, and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid Saudi driving license (preferred for field visits).

Qualifications:
Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for strong sales performers).
Experience in elevator industry sales is a strong advantage, but candidates from construction/technical sales backgrounds will also be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
