🔹 Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end FM operations ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance
Manage MEP systems (installation, maintenance, and repair)
Handle retrofit and renovation projects
Ensure efficient CAFM-based facility operations
Manage and maintain sports facilities such as stadiums and football fields
Coordinate event operations including crowd management
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering
💼 Experience (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years in Facilities Management
Preferred: 5–8 years with strong MEP exposure
Mandatory hands-on experience in sports facilities, including:
Football fields / stadiums
Event management operations
Green turf / landscaping facilities (e.g., golf courses or similar)
Candidates must have practical, on-ground experience in handling sports environments

Position: FM Manager
Location: Jeddah

Job Responsibilities / Scope
Oversee FM operations and assignments from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and as per required quality standards
Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems
Handle retrofit and renovation works
Ensure effective facility operations with sound knowledge of CAFM systems
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Manage and maintain large-scale facilities such as sports stadiums, arenas, or similar high-footfall environments
Ensure smooth operations during events, including coordination for crowd management and critical system readiness
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering
Experience
Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience in the FM industry
Preferred: 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) with MEP systems
Strong preference for candidates with experience in sports stadiums or large public venues
Salary & Benefits
SAR 10,000 – 12,000 (based on experience and interview performance)

Important Notes
Candidates with sports stadium / large venue FM experience will be given priority
Only candidates with relevant FM experience in stadium sports with MEP systems plus hard and soft services means total FM will be considered
