SMART WAY GROUP is looking for a creative and driven Robotic Engineer to build cutting-edge solutions and lead our R&D lab.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Robotic & AI Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-based robotic systems to enhance operations and productivity. Daily tasks will include research, implementing neural network models, developing software solutions, working on pattern recognition algorithms, and integrating natural language processing (NLP) functionalities. The role also involves collaboration with a team of engineers and stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions, as well as maintenance and improvement of existing robotic and AI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and proficiency in Software Development
• Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition technologies
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and associated frameworks
• Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) and AI frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus
• Familiarity with robotic systems, sensors, and real-world applications
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation and emerging technologies
