Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B)
Location: Alkhobar- KSA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our Food & Beverage supply chain operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient sourcing, procurement, storage, and distribution of food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for food products, packaging, and consumables
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP requirements)
• Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and manage product shelf life
• Forecast demand and coordinate with operations to ensure product availability
• Optimize logistics and cold chain processes for perishable goods
• Develop cost-saving strategies without compromising quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors
• Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 10 years of experience in supply chain management within the F&B, hospitality, or FMCG sector
• Strong knowledge of food sourcing, cold chain logistics, and inventory control
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, ISO)
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing multi-unit restaurant or catering supply chains
• Knowledge of local and international food suppliers
• Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM) are an advantage
