Description

Responsible for managing and controlling spare parts stock to ensure accurate inventory levels, proper storage, timely replenishment, and availability of parts for workshop and customer requirements. The role includes monitoring stock movement, reducing shortages and overstock, coordinating with procurement and service teams, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor spare parts stock levels daily.
-Control receiving, issuing, and storage of spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
Follow up on fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete parts.
Prepare stock reports and reorder recommendations.
Coordinate with purchasing and workshop teams.
Reduce stock discrepancies, shortages, and dead stock.
