Job Title: Safety Officer (KSA)
Location:
Saudi Arabia (e.g., Al Kharj Industrial City)
Job Purpose
To ensure a safe working environment by implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies in compliance with Saudi regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements
• Perform daily site safety inspections
• Monitor lifting operations, hot work, and confined space activities
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with project managers and supervisors on safety matters
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and HSE regulations
Requirements
• Nationality: Saudi (Mandatory)
• Education: Diploma / Bachelor in Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Certification:
o NEBOSH (preferred)
o IOSH (preferred)
• Experience: 1–2 years in industrial / fabrication environment
• Good knowledge of HSE standards and risk management
• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA / local regulations)
• Leadership and team coordination
