Job Title: RTR QC Inspector (Aramco Approved)
Job Summary:

RTR QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality inspection and compliance of Reinforced Thermosetting Resin (RTR) piping systems as per project specifications, Aramco standards, and international codes.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection of RTR/GRP piping installation, jointing, alignment, and testing activities.
Ensure all work complies with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and approved ITPs.
Conduct visual inspections, dimensional checks, and verify installation procedures.
Witness hydrostatic testing, leakage testing, and other required quality tests.
Review and verify material certificates, test reports, and inspection records.
Coordinate with QA/QC team, construction team, and client representatives.
Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
Requirements:
Must be Saudi Aramco Approved as RTR QC Inspector.
Minimum 5 years of experience in RTR/GRP piping inspection (Aramco projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of RTR installation procedures and quality standards.
Familiar with Aramco standards (SAES, SATIP, SAIC).
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and ITPs.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Relevant QA/QC certifications (preferred).
