Description

Module Company is looking to hire 2 Foreman/Supervisors to join our construction team. Candidates must have strong site experience in execution, supervision, and quality control.

👷 Key Responsibilities:

*Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce
*Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
*Enforce HSE and safety regulations on site
*Monitor workmanship quality at all stages
*Inspect materials upon delivery and verify compliance
*Coordinate with engineers for inspections and site readiness
*Maintain daily site reports (manpower, equipment, progress)
*Report issues, delays, and non-conformances (NCRs)
*Ensure proper site organization and workflow

📌 Requirements:
*Diploma / BSc in Civil, Construction, or related field
*Valid Iqama
*Minimum 7+ years of site experience
*Strong knowledge of construction activities and site execution
*Preferred: Arabic speaker
