Job Title: Production Material Controller

Location: Jubail Industrial (KSA)


Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Material Controller for our fabrication facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring material readiness, maintaining traceability, and supporting smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all materials are arranged before shift starts
Coordinate with Production Planner for daily and next-day plans

Coordinate with Material Controller to ensure material readiness

Verify workfront availability before starting production

Ensure no production delay due to material shortages

Maintain full material traceability (heat no., grade, size, thickness)

Ensure proper marking and identification after cutting

Control and track internal material movement
Monitor stock and highlight shortages in advance
Coordinate with store and procurement
Maintain material records and daily readiness status

Requirements:
Experience in fabrication / manufacturing industry
Good knowledge of material control and traceability
Ability to manage shop floor material readiness

Computer knowledge (Excel)
Preferred:
Experience in steel fabrication / pipe support industry
Salary Basic: 4500 – 5500 SAR (negotiable based on experience)
