Urgent Hiring: Junior Planning Engineer

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to ensure the efficient utilization of resources, timely project delivery, and alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires close coordination with multiple departments, data analysis, and proactive adjustment of plans in response to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain short- and long-term plans, schedules, and forecasts
Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
Analyze demand, capacity, materials, and resource availability
Monitor progress against approved plans and schedules
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Update plans based on changes in scope, priorities, or constraints
Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling processes

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience
Transferable Iqama is mandatory
