REQUIREMENT
Buyer /Supply Chain Executive
(7 years experience of relevant role in production environment)

Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Procurement & Purchasing: Place and manage purchase orders (POs) for raw materials , finished goods, and services ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery times.

2- Logistics & Coordination: Monitor inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers, and manage logistics documentation.

3- Inventory & Production Support: Work with production teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent material shortages.

4- Supplier Relationship Management: Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate terms, and resolve quality or delivery issues.

5- Disruption Resolution: Proactively tackle shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and shortages.

6- Data Management: Utilize systems like ERP and MS office to track inventory, update order statuses, and report on performance.

7- Share Risk Management: Identifying potential supply chain risks (such as supplier issues or shortages) and developing contingency plans to ensure continuous supply

8- Cost Management: Working to secure materials at competitive prices to manage and reduce the company's procurement costs while maintaining quality

9- Supplier Selection and Management: Identifying and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities. Maintaining good relationships with suppliers is key to ensuring reliable supply.

10- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all purchased materials meet the company's quality standards and any regulatory requirements.

11- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement inventory planning optimization ideas to achieve business objectives, inventory targets, and improve inventory planning.

12- Lead time Management: Plans, manages and lead a team to coordinates all activities related to production schedule, sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.

13- Purchasing Analysis: Analyze purchasing history, review Price Purchase Variance (PPV), take action to achieve operational cost saving yearly.

14- Collaborate with Sales team and Production team on cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and achieve company annual targets
