Description

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
📍 Location: Dammam, KSA
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Supervise steel structure fabrication and installation works
Handle roof installation (sandwich panels, Shinko sheets, insulation work)
Lead welding and erection teams on-site
Read and understand technical drawings accurately
Ensure all work is executed according to drawings and specifications
Complete projects within deadlines
Manage manpower and site activities efficiently
Maintain quality and safety standards
🔹 Requirements:
Proven experience as Mechanical Foreman in steel structure projects
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and erection work
Ability to read and interpret drawings independently
Responsible, hardworking, and deadline-oriented
Strong leadership and team management skills
🔹 Preferred:
Experience in industrial or commercial projects
GCC 2 to 3 years experience is Must
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 (based on experience)
