We are a reputable construction company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team and support ongoing projects.
Position: Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and control all project documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats
• Maintain accurate filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible and up to date
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of documents
• Track document revisions and maintain logs/registers
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
