Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IBS (In-Building Solutions) Telecom Team Leader with strong hands-on technical expertise and proven experience in Huawei systems. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians while actively participating in installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of telecom IBS projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of IBS technicians on-site
• Perform hands-on installation, testing, and commissioning of IBS/DAS systems
• Work with Huawei equipment and ensure proper configuration and integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IBS Technician or Team Leader
• Strong hands-on experience with Huawei telecom equipment
• Solid knowledge of DAS, RF systems, and in-building coverage solutions
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and RF designs
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Huawei certification is a plus
• Experience in large-scale telecom projects
• Familiarity with safety standards and site compliance
