Responsibilities:
Prepare parathas (dough handling, rolling, frying, consistency in size and quality)
Cook chana according to standard recipe (no guess work, strict measurements)
Manage pantry station: warming food, plating orders, and ensuring fast service
Follow SOPs and kitchen systems strictly (no shortcuts, no guessing)
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organized workstation at all times
Support team during rush hours and handle pressure without slowing down
Requirements:
Must be fast, active, and able to multitask
Must follow instructions and systems exactly (discipline is non-negotiable)
Experience in paratha or desi kitchen preferred
Willing to do any kitchen-related task when required (cleaning, prep, etc.)
